My son has used Alexa with more success, but he has less items, so don't know if simply too many items or not, Home Base was selling off Energenie cheap as a discontinued line, so I went a little daft. I could have done that with cheap eQ-3 TRV heads. But in winter the cheap eQ-3 work better than the Energenie, it was claimed when I bought them they worked with Nest, and in a way they do, if I use the energenie app to change the Nest temperature the TRV will follow, but it did not follow with a scheduled temperature change or direct on the dial of Nest. I find being able to use the TRV to see room temperature in summer and know if the AC needs turning on before returning home. It works well with other functions, but it clearly has some issues, lucky it has not decided to play with central heating. LOXONE FORUM UK HOW TOI have no way to show which one is at fault, I have 5 light switches, one with a chrome front was used first in my mothrrs house without any problems, and was used for 18 months, in the new house it locked up quite a few times, and required the power to lights to be switched off count 10 then back on and it would run a month or so before locking up again.Īlso had a problem with a scoket, which stopped when light switch removed, so maybe codes too close to differentiate between the two.īut the Nest Mini's do behave like naughty boys, I will say hey Google turn off, while playing music it will reply turning off 5 switches and all lights go off, so next command hay Google turn on lights, and it replies don't know how to do that yet.
